Mite Tolerant and Hardy Breeding Stock

Our breeding population has been untreated since 1999.

We're proud to offer you in 2012, our: Breeder Queen Bees (II and/or tested open-mated), Virgins, and Queen Cells.

Our breeding goals are:
To select queens with tolerance to Varroa and Tracheal mites that are hardy and robust. We then select for superior honey production, over-Wintering ability, high build-up potential and gentleness.

Our Queens Are Bred From Untreated Survivors

We are committed to managing all our colonies without any treatments. We chose the path as queen bee breeders, to breed mite tolerant/mite resistant queens and bees; we have built our hardy breeding population from survivor stock over the last fifteen years; we continue to maintain our population through methodical candidate testing and our collaboration with other like-minded queen breeders.
